Featured Artist Update: Jinhee Han

Habitat: Home New York City premiered one year ago this fall. What are Habitat: Home artists up to now?

Featured Artist Update from: Jinhee Han, Composer

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I’ve joined in the Habitat: Home Community, which encouraged me to think about where I am, and to inspire me to elevate my musical perspective in a different level!

I am looking forward to be a part of Tokyo to New York project as a virtual concert. You may find the information here and on YouTube. Hope you may join us!

This year, I also got an acceptance letter from Boston University Doctor of Musical Arts degree program in Composition, and three different of my pieces will be published. It was a long journey to make this step where I am in. I am so grateful to have another opportunity to establish my professional career and I have enjoyed the program at BU under the direction of Joshua Fineberg, my favorite composer!

Since Pandemic, BU also offered remotely learning. I decide to take that opportunity. I would say I am fortunate to be here still near NYC area and studying from home, NJ, at the same time.

My publications 2020 information’s are below. Please check and see. You may discover lots of gifted artists!
