Via NYU local:
A collection of donation links, fundraisers, and petitions in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and protesters across the country.
The death of George Floyd has spurred protests, both violent and non-violent, in Minneapolis and across the country. Over the past few days, there’s a lot of information circulating social media about how to help the protesters across the United States. — where to donate, who to call, what to do. Local has compiled a list of places where you can donate your money, if you can afford to, organized by state.
Note: Although they are included in our list, the following organizations have asked that all donations be directed elsewhere, due to the surge of support they have received over the past week:
The Minnesota Freedom Fund
The Brooklyn Community Bail Fund
Northstar Health Collective
