Be an accomplice, not an ally

What I’m hoping to impress upon folks is that this work — the work of being an accomplice — might cost you something.

Accomplices try to “care more”

Accomplices understand that marginalization isn’t always obvious or visible

Similarly, it’s important to acknowledge privilege that may coexist with marginalization.

Accomplices don’t have all the answers
